Pelvic Release Massage
C-Section Repair Massage
Are you a mummy or soon to be mummy who wants to be fit and healthy?
Exercising during pregnancy is now recommended rather than suggested with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology guidelines stating to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week. The fitter and more active you are during your pregnancy the easier it will be for your body to adapt to the hormones, changing body shape and weight gain. Keeping fit means you will be less likely to gain excess weight and will help get you back into shape post birth. This will help you to cope with the demands labour requires and help your body to recover quickly.
Specific pelvic floor exercises and training are given to help stop incontinence, to assist during labour and to prevent an organ prolapse. Exercise are adapted throughout each trimester and are supervised throughout each session.
Pre & post natal massage feature a combination of release techniques to help ease and relieve any discomfort or joint problems that has occurred during and post pregnancy. If you have any pelvic trauma such endometriosis, appendicitis, PCOS, and C-SECTION this massage is fantastic, releasing pain, freeing up the tense area and assisting the breakdown of scar tissue adhesions. This massage will help revitalise your body.
You will be trained, massaged and guided by a fully qualified Instructor, Haylley, who also lectures on aqua natal across the UK.
Exercising or having a massage does not cause any harm to you or your baby.
